Robertson's Thick Cut

Robertson's Thick Cut Marmalade is a rare pleasure out here.  Not all the stores carry it.  In fact, it can be downright hard to find sometimes, thus we always keep a couple of spare jars in the pantry.  Made from Seville oranges (yes, imported from Spain) in England according to an 1864 traditional family recipe, RTC is superior in all respects to other marmalades. Taste, colour, consistency, aroma, esthetics - you name it, RTC is the marmalade all other marmalades aspire to be.  A supplier to the Crown, "By Appointment To Her Majesty The Queen Manufacturer Of Cakes And Culinary Products, Premier Foods PLC, Hertfordshire", it just makes sense to buy the best.  0% fat/lipids (saturated and trans-), 0% cholesterol, 0% sodium, 6% vitamin C - hell, it's almost a health food!  The only part of the label I don't understand is the "0% fibre" when you can easily see those big delicious "thick cut" chunks of orange rind in there.  Now please, you're starting to drool.

TODAY'S GOOD NEWS:  Two stores in PC carry it!
